History

Joint stock company GEOSAN DEVELOPMENT a.s. was founded in 1998 with the original name HOMOLKA GROUP a.s. with the goal to develop, prepare and consequently realize the construction of the Homolka residential complex in Prague 5. In 2001, the joint-stock company GEOSAN GROUP entered the company, and thus GEOSAN DEVELOPMENT a.s. gained a strong partner for the realization of its projects.

The first realized project of GEOSAN DEVELOPMENT a.s. was the Homolka residential Complex, Its realization was divided into several phases. The first phase was finished in 2002.The second phase of the The second phase of the Homolka Residential Complex project was finished in 2005 and currently in preparation is the third phase of this project. GEOSAN DEVELOPMENT a.s. prepared the project regarding the development of the land and successfully completed it.

Another project which was in 2002 prepared was the Kondominium Hamr project in Prague 10 Záběhlice. The Kondominium Hamr project included construction of three apartment buildings with 124 apartments and with the necessary infrastructure. GEOSAN DEVELOPMENT a.s. offered to the housing market a non-typical condominium product, which offers a completely new housing comfort to its future inhabitants. One of the main factors for the choice of the condominium is the location of the entire project near to the Hamerského rybníka and Hamrsport sport center. The construction of the condominium was successfully completed at the beginning of 2004.

In 2003 GEOSAN DEVELOPMENT a.s. initiated preparation of the project Multifunctional House in Prague 4 - Podolí. This residential house in the residential quarter is formed from 54 apartment units of European standard with appurtenances. This project was successfully completed in 2004.

In 2005, GEOSAN DEVELOPMENT a.s. completed the construction of the following projects:

• Jemnická Residential Complex in Prague 4 - Michle with 81 apartment units close to the BB Center and Brumlovka Sport Facility in Prague 4 Michle, at the corner of streets Jemnická and Telčská.
• Lublaňská Residential Building Building in Prague 2 - Vinohrady. Six-storey house with 33 luxuriously equipped apartments of all sizes and five stories of underground parking places.

  
  
  Some of the projects where the preparation started in 2005 and which were at the beginning for 2007 approved for use are:
  
  

  • Vídeňský dvůr (Vienna Court) in Prague 4 in close proximity to Kunratice Forest located between streets Vídenská and Za Valem.
  • V srdci Poděbrad Residence, located directly in the center of Poděbrady, close to T. G. Masaryk Square and a spa park with spa exhibition buildings.
  • U Motolské hrušky, located between the streets U Hrušky, Kudrnova and Deylova in the environment of a very quiet part of Homolka, between the villa quarter and Homolka prefabricated housing development.

  
  
  Company GEOSAN DEVELOPMENT a.s. currently prepares another project in Prague:
  Bohdalec, Antal, U hamerského rybníka (Prague 4), Bytový dům Malvazinky Apartment Building and Souhvězdí Homolka, (Prague 5). Furthermore, we prepared the Apartment Building project in Kolín.
